The Scholars system is a Windows based application designed to provide transport companies with a method for generating student bus passes, and invoicing for education authorities in both public and private sectors.It is a flexible system which provides traceability and reduces clerical time.

The system holds records of authorities, schools and colleges, routes and stops, and details of individual students, each with a separate identity code and full journey details. Pass orders can be entered or updated at regular intervals via disks generated by the issuing authority, as well as by manual input.

Costings are determined by the transport company, and accurate invoices are produced.Detailed forecasts for budgets, route revenue analysis, and regular management reports are generated as well as all records of issued passes in summary (or in full) as required by the education departments.
