The Vehicle Fuel & Miles system is a Windows based application designed to provide transport companies with a secure method for recording fuel and tyre mileage information per vehicle. It is written for both a network and stand-alone environment, and also caters for remote 'outstations' which have no direct connection to centrally-held data.

The system holds record of depots, vehicles, details of fuel deliveries, and pump issues. Issues can be entered manually from pumpsheets, or can be transferred from electronic pump monitoring systems (eg: Triscan, JMW). Odometer readings can also be entered manually, or can be imported at the same time as the fuel.

Accurate and detailed management reports are generated as well as detailed records which will satisfy DETR Fuel Duty Rebate inspectors. Reports are generated which will identify exceptions in fleet performance. A new export is available to customers of Michelin or Goodyear Dunlop that will facilitate in their monthly tyre mileage returns.
