We have recently released the new “Depot Performance Suite”.  This product now incorporates the functionality of the “Route”, “Contract” and “Driver” performance systems, providing rapid analysis of revenue, contracts and driver behaviour.

The “Route Performance System” provides an accurate measure of profitability in terms of profit / loss over a definable period of time.  Facilities include ‘data drill down’ allowing for full transparency of profitability data (as well as all component data – revenue, costs and hours / miles) to day / route / time band level, contribution based reports and performance trend analysis via reports or graphs.

The “Contract Performance System” provides the ability to centrally maintain and administer all tender / contract related information.  Facilities include scheduled / ETM data validation to ensure all journeys were scheduled and run, data correction (for driver related keying error), missing journey logs, duplicated journey tracking, pro-forma invoicing and data export of ETM back into it’s original format (with options to only include tendered / contracted data).

The “Driver Performance System” allows for full transparency of ETM data to the ticket level.  Facilities include handling ETM data of any kind regardless of supplier, a full suite of revenue reports, flexible data queries (e.g. for insurance purposes), anomalous driver behaviour monitoring, grand total continuity, a flexible ETM report creator, ETM data correction and key daily audit trails of ETM data.
